Jasmine is a multi-disciplinary artist- most notably as a Playwright, Director, and Performer.
She is a graduate of University of Maryland, College Park's School of Theatre, Dance, Performance, Studies, where she recieved her B.A. in Theatre. Her work centers faith-based stories that highlight the experience of Black women and Black families. Jasmine firmly believes that theatre can be a tool for creating social change outside of the political arena, because it gives audiences a glimpse into life experiences they wouldn't otherwise see.
